PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stabilizing equipment for a power system, excellent extremely in operability and maintenance properties, with no need to set parameters of a control amount calculating curve, etc., for determination of an electrically controlled generator. SOLUTION: Based on a generator constant and an initial state amount calculated by a double-generator-system model preparing means 5, an external reactance calculated by an external reactance estimating means 8 and the quantity of electricity detected by an electricity quantity detecting means 7, an electrically controlled generator determining means 6 computes instability of two equivalent generators representing equivalently the motions of a generator group in a power station to be controlled and the one in another main power system and determines an electrically controlled generator being necessary for stabilization on the basis of the result of the computation and the priority in electric control of each generator set beforehand, by an extended equivalent area method. A control means 9 puts the generator selected by the electrically controlled generator determining means 6 in a state of parallel off from a power system. |
