PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information recording medium capable of executing information recording free from image noises. SOLUTION: This information recording medium is constituted by successively providing the medium with an electrode layer 14, a photoconductive layer 17, an intermediate layer 20, an information recording layer 21 consisting of a liquid crystal phase and a UV curing phase and an electrode layer 22. The information recording medium of which the intermediate layer 20 is composed of plural layers and at least one layer has a layer contg. a fluorine-contained compd. and may have a layer consisting of a silane coupling agent.
