<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain blocking properties by a coupling member, and keep the inside of a tube hermetic by providing a sealing member for the coupling member of the tube coupling. SOLUTION: A coupling member is formed out of a plastic member, and is provided with a circular cylindrical body 31, and with pawl bodies 4 at both end parts. A saddle part 32 is provided for the circular cylindrical body 31 roughly identical in thickness to the circular cylinder 11 of a cylindrical part 1 while being located at the right and left sides of the center part of the circular cylindrical body 31 over specified width. Each housing streak 33 housing a sealing member 5 such as an '0' ring and the like is provided at the out of each terminal end of the saddle part 32. Pawl bodies 4 each of which is composed of size pawls 41, the free end of each pawl is made in such a way as to be freely deformed elastically in the axial direction, and each pawl is provided with a jaw 42 at its tip end. The cylindrical part 1 is formed in a tube P while being inwardly squeezed. When the tube fitting is inserted therein, the jaw 42 of the pawl body 4 is locked in the end part of the circular cylinder 11 so as to be so fixed that it can not be pulled out. Furthermore, the saddle part 32 is engaged with the cap groove 12 of the cylindrical part 11 so as to allow rotation to be inhibited. Sealing properties can thereby be secured by the sealing member 5 provided for the housing streak 33.</p> |
