<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metal base single-sided multilayered printed wiring board wherein recesses do not appear in the component mounting part on the surface. SOLUTION: The printed board has two or more conductor circuit layers 2, 3 on the single side of a base metal board 1, and has electronic component mounting parts 6 in the circuit on the surface. As to inner layer circuits, conductor circuits which come in the projection of the component mounting parts 6 do not exist.</p> |
