PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embody a high opening rate without shielding the light in the boundary parts of regions varying in the tilt angles of liquid crystal molecules of a liquid crystal display panel which widens the visual field angle by pixel division and orientation division. SOLUTION: The inside of one pixel is divided to at least >=2 regions. The directions of the boundary lines of the divided regions and the average arranging directions 19 of the major axes of the liquid crystal molecules 14 near the center in the thickness direction of a liquid crystal layer are approximately aligned.
