COPY PREVENTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unauthorized copy by the forging of copy-permissible/ impermissible information. SOLUTION: A copy permissible/impermissible judging part 108 judges whether a copy is permitted or not in the device 200 of a receiving side based on the first copy-permissible/impermissible information generated inside the device 100 of the sending side. A switch 107 is turned on or off in accordance with the judged result of the copy-permissible/impermissible judging part 108 and forms the transmission path of the information of the main body to the device 200 of the receiving side when the copy is permitted and interrupts the transmission path of the information of the main body to the device 200 of the receiving side when the copy is not permitted. Consequently, the unauthorized copy to be generated because the first copy-permissible/impermissible information are forged in between the device 100 of the sending side and the device 200 of the receiving side is effectively prevented.
