PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clamp a sample container by an inexpensive device and with a simple setting load with improved reproducibility by automatically driving a jig with a DC motor and controlling the supply of power when a current value flowing through the motor reaches a current value corresponding to a set load value. SOLUTION: A DC motor control part 6 rotates a DC motor 1 with a constant-voltage power and pushes down a tool 4 via a reduction mechanism 2 and a mechanism. The tool 4 is pushed down by a load corresponding to the torque of the motor 1 when it contacts a sample container installed at a lower tool and clamps the container. The load applied to the jig 4 corresponds to the current value flowing to the coil of the motor 1, the current value is detected by a current detection circuit 7 and is outputted to a comparison part 9. The comparison part 9 outputs a signal to the control part 6 and stops the power supply to the motor 1 when the output voltage from the circuit 7 exceeds a reference voltage value corresponding to the load which is preset to a load setting part 8 or outputs a voltage in opposite direction, thus releasing load to the container.
