PSEUDOMONAS INFECTION PREVENTING AGENT AND THE METHOD OF PREPARATION THEREOF

Process for preparing the curing agent for the infectious disease of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is described. Thus, the process consists of i)removing the lipid component of biomass cell wall and inactivating the biomass with an organic solvent simultaneously, which is produced by culturing the attenuated Pseudomonas aeruginosa obtained by separating purely and acclimating repeatedly by Fisher immune configuration, ii)separating the cell wall protein from obtained biomass by extracting, iii)separating the obtained cell wall protein with a molecular weight of 10,000-100,000 by ultrafiltering, iv)separating the pure cell wall protein by ultracentrifuging, v)inoculating the separated cell wall protein in animal, vi)picking blood from inoculated animal, vii)separating immune globulin from picked blood.
