PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information charging system which can reduce the circuit rental fee or the load of a charging communication network and also can attain its sound administration. SOLUTION: A CPU 14 of a KARAOKE reads the charging result information out of a hard disk 16. Then the CPU 14 shows a charging condition selection screen on a CRT display device 18 to select a period and a charging amount based on the charging result information.
