PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency equipment for a radio communication equipment saved in a data setting time by separating the power supply of a PLL circuit. SOLUTION: A transmission/reception power supply switching switch SW1 and a PLL circuit power supply switch SW2 are arranged in the high-frequency equipment for the radio communication equipment. In the state of transmission, the transmission/ reception power supply switching switch SW1 is switched to the side of a transmission part TX to supply power to VCO 3, first and second buffer amplifiers 4 and 5 and a power amplifier 6, and at the same time, the PLL circuit power supply switch SW2 is energized to operate the PLL circuit 2. On the other hand, in the state of transmission, a power source to a reception part 10 is turned off. To the contrary, in the state of reception, the transmission/reception power supply switching switch SW1 is switched to the side of the receiving part RX to supply power to the reception part 10 to operate. On the other hand, power supply to a transmission part is turned off, but only the PLL circuit 2 continues operation because the PLL circuit power supply switch SW2 keeps being energized in the access period of one communication communicating a transmission/reception signal. |
