PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize frames even while a mobile station does not perform communication by synchronizing the frame of the present mobile station with the average of the frame timings of received all bursts. SOLUTION: The signals of surrounding mobile stations are demodulated in a demodulation part 103, the burst timings of the respective mobile stations are extracted from the signals in a timing extraction circuit 106 and a time difference with the burst timing of the present mobile station is detected. The timing differences of received all the mobile stations are averaged in an averaging circuit 107, it is defined as the timing control amount of the present mobile station and the frame synchronization of a reception control circuit 105 and a transmission control circuit 110 is controlled through a frame timing circuit 109. Also, synchronization with the frame of the mobile station of a highest reception level other than an opposite mobile station can be performed and the synchronization with the average of the frame timings of the mobile stations whose reception levels are higher than a fixed value can be performed as well. |
