PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply power with a stabilized frequency by providing a control means for matching the period of AC output power from a conversion means and that of AC power from an external power supply. SOLUTION: A control unit C integrally comprising an output control means for controlling the operating point of a solar cell A, means for converting DC power from the output control means into AC power, and output terminal part for leading out the output from the converting means is arranged on the rear side A2 of a solar cell A along with a thin battery D. The converting means can be switched between a mode for feeding AC power synchronized automatically with externally applied AC power to the output terminal part and a mode for feeding AC power having autonomously controlled frequency. Consequently, a plurality of solar cell units can be interconnected under a state isolated from a commercial power supply. Furthermore, power can be fed to a load with stabilized frequency even if the AC power from converting means of respective solar cell units are connected in parallel. |
