<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dynamic quantity sensor with good space efficiency, high measurement accuracy and a low cost. SOLUTION: A first multi-pole magnetized magnet 21 with magnetic polarities alternately varied in a peripheral direction is attached to an input axis, and a second multi-pole magnetized magnet 22 similarly with magnetic polarities alternately varied in a peripheral direction is attached to an output axis, respectively. A sensor unit 30 placed on a fixed side includes an MR substrate 35 supported on a circuit board 33 for detecting inclination of a line of magnetic force formed between the first and second magnets 21, 22 clue to a shift in a relative magnetic pole position of the output axis with torque applied with an MR pattern 38 on the MR substrate to detect torque. In addition, a change in inclination of a line of magnetic force formed between adjacent magnetic poles of one of the multi-pole magnetized magnets is detected by the MR pattern formed similarly on the MR substrate 35 to also measure a rotation angle of the input axis.</p> |
