PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display fault information onto a television receiver connected to a relay amplifier having a fault by sending the fault information to an input level measurement terminal of a sound relay amplifier at a post-stage than the relay amplifier having a fault when the fault takes place in part of relay amplifier in the common reception system. SOLUTION: A television signal received by a reception antenna 1 is sent to a television receiver installed in a subscriber's home 16 of each block D in an installation area of a common reception system via a reception amplifier 2, a transmission line B and plural relay amplifiers C. On the occurrence of a fault in the relay amplifier 12, an information transmitter 25 sending fault information to an input level measurement terminal of the post stage relay amplifier 13 is connected to an output terminal and fault information is sent to a television receiver of the subscriber's home 16 receiving a television signal from the relay amplifier 13. Thus, fault information is surely sent to a viewer of the television receiver connecting to the relay amplifier 12 having a fault.
