PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To given an instruction to a field worker in real time by attaching tags, where unique numbers are recorded, to all or sushi plates and providing plate tag readers at the plate throwing-in hole of a conveyor and on the way of the conveyor. SOLUTION: After a menu item is designated from a simple operation keyboard, a sushi plate 3 is read by a reader at the plate throwing-in hole and is placed on a conveyor to relate the menu item and the plate number to each other by a data collecting device 7, and this relation is transferred to a personal computer 8 and is recorded. When plate number data read by a fixed reader 4 is transferred, the time elapsed is recorded by matching with plate numbers already recorded in the personal computer 8, and the sushi plate having the plate number whose fixed position pass data is not transferred even after a certain time is regarded as being taken away from the conveyor 1 to perform the processing. The quantity of each item to be prepared is displayed on the screen of the personal computer 8 based on these processings, and the worker prepares sushi in accordance with this quantity displayed on the screen and places sushi plates on the conveyor 1 from the plate throwing-in hole, thereby updating object data on the screen. |
