PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate the downward attraction force operating at a rotor. SOLUTION: A stator coil 116 is disposed between a frame 4 and a rotor 113 fixed with a rotor magnet 114, a rotor case 119 disposed at the lower part of the rotor 113 is fixed to the frame 4, the frame 4, the rotor 113 and the case 119 are formed of magnetic materials, and two closed magnetic pathsϕ1 ,ϕ2 in which the attraction forces are reverse upside down are formed between the magnet 114, the upper frame 4 and the case 119 of the lower part.
