<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pulse magnetron for preventing unintentional demagnetization of a permanent magnet. SOLUTION: This pulse magnetron is composed of an oscillation part main body 1, or pole pieces 5a and 5b provided on both end opening parts of an anode cylinder 2, a pair of first and second permanent magnets 14a and 14b arranged on the outer sides of the pieces 5a and 5b, and so on. In this case, a samarium.cobalt system is used as the material of the magnet 14a on a side where a stem part 6 is positioned, and an Alnico system is used as the material of the magnet 14b.</p> |
