PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete the time for operations of planning and estimation by executing an operating process simultaneously with the operation of planning. SOLUTION: This equipment has the present installation data base 1a used for a system operation and a plurality of future installation data bases 1b1 and 1b2 prepared on the basis of an installation augmentation plan, as installation data bases, and has an installation data base switching part 6 which selects the future installation data bases 1b1 and 1b2 sequentially for the present installation data by switchover, a computation executing part 3 which executes computation of each selected installation data base and a power system state data base 2 inputted thereto, a computation result comparing part 5 which compares the results of the computation and a computation result display part 4 which displays the result of the comparison. |
