PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance biosensor which is not affected by a constituent other than a substrate which coexists in a sample liquid. SOLUTION: A biosensor has an electrically insulated substrate 1, an electrode system with a working electrode 4 and a counter electrode 5 formed on the substrate 1, and a reaction layer 10 for containing a hydrophilic macromolecule, enzyme, and an electron receptor arranged on the electrode system, where the enzyme is combined by oxidation reducing enzyme and protein decomposition enzyme. A method for manufacturing the biosensor at least has a process for forming a layer for containing oxidation reducing enzyme and a process for containing protein decomposition enzyme. |
