摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an eddy flow in a thermal medium, increase a temperature difference between the thermal medium contacted with a molded product and the molded product and increase a heat transfer rate by a method wherein a surface of the molded product made of a material having a crystalline polyolefin substrate with a degree of crystallization less than a specified value is provided with a plurality of grooves for generating turbulent flow in the thermal medium directly contacted with the molded product. SOLUTION: A surface 1a of a molded product 1 carrying an organic heat accumulating member of which phase is reversely changed between solid phase and liquid phase on a substrate made of a low crystalline polyolefin such as polypropylene, atactic polypropylene with a degree of crystallization of 40% or less is formed with a plurality of grooves 2 for generating a turbulence flow in thermal medium directly contacted with the molded product 1. With such an arrangement as above, the thermal medium contacted with the molded product 1 has a state with a high temperature difference in respect to the molded product 1, resulting in that it is possible to increase a heat transfer rate between the thermal medium and the heat accumulating member. As a result, the heat accumulating member can realize a superior heat exchanging performance.
