<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To anchor a distribution wiring material such as a tension insulator on a support arm by using a manipulator easily, efficiently and securely. SOLUTION: A first strap 8 is attached to the support arm 11 of a pole. A second strap 15 is attached to a tension insulator 1 which is a distribution wiring material which is anchored on the support arm 11. A retainer 19 is provided on one of both the straps 8 and 15. A retaining part 12 which can be retained with the retainer 19 is provided on the other strap.</p> |
