PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the shell of an air conditioner in a frameless structure having excellent heat insulation and hermetical sealability by combining it with a panel having a simple structure. SOLUTION: A shell 6 is formed by processing a metal plate in a box-folding shape of thin wood and combining a plurality of exterior finish panels 5 each mounted with a heat insulator 4 on its inner surface in the direction that the insulator 4 is directed outside. Further, a heat insulation cover 8 is mounted at the connecting part of the panels 5. With this structure, an air conditioner having excellent heat insulation, hermetical sealability and easy assembling can be constituted in a frameless structure. |
