PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by simplifying the circuitry. SOLUTION: Counter electromotive force signals generated during rotation of a sensorless motor are compared by first through third comparators 1-3. Inverted output from a third multiplexer 9 is inputted to a first D flip-flop 4, output from a first multiplexer 7 is inputted to a second D flip-flop 5, output from a second multiplexer 8 is inputted to a third D flip-flop 6, and a counter is composed of first through third D flip-flops 4-6. When the sensorless motor is stopped, the first through third multiplexer 7-9 select the outputs from first through third D flip-flops 4-6 based on a select input signal and generate two logic signals. |
