The side walls of the basket can be opened out from a flat collapsed state and then connected by a connecting element. The connecting element comprises a hooked element (11d) which is connected to one side wall and a sliding element (11c) connected movably to another side wall. The hook element and/or sliding element are mounted in a frame which serves as both holder for the hook element and/or sliding element whilst also acts as stop for the other side wall as the basket is opened out. Once opened out the sliding element can be pushed over the hook element so that the two side walls are detachably connected together. The hook element can be a pin and the sliding element a ring. |
