<p>A method of processing and comparing a password comprising the steps of entering password data by entering means (S48); comparing said data entered by the entering means with password data stored in password data memory means (Z) (S52); and displaying secret data stored in a secret data memory section when the password data stored in said password data memory means coincides with the entered password data (S33), characterized by further comprising the steps of determining whether password data is stored in said password data memory means when said data is entered by said entering means (S51); and recording the password data entered by the entering means, as password data to be added into said password data memory means, and also prohibiting said comparing step from being executed, when the password data is determined to be absent in said password data memory means (S58). <IMAGE></p> |
