METHOD FOR MAKING ACRYLIC-MODIFIED POLYESTER FOR POWDERY PAINTS AND POWDERY PAINTS COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

Acryl denaturation polyester resin is manufactured by (1) polymerizing alcoholic compound and complex acryl monomer to produce acryl resin. (2) mixing the above acryl resin with polyvalent acidic compound to produce polyester monomer and acryl denaturation hydroxyl polyester free polymer with a rising temperature. (3) reacting by putting polyvalent acidic compound into acryl denaturation hydroxyl polyester free polymer. The produced resin improves resistant-solvency, chemical resistance and thermal stability for the powder paint.
