PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily put and fix a urine absorbent pad on a penis by forming a penis insertion hole piercing through the surface and rear of a laminate body which forms the urine absorbent pad while arranging it to one edge side of the laminate body. SOLUTION: This urine absorbent pad 1 comprises the laminate body of a liquid transmissive surface sheet 2, a liquid impermeable rear sheet 3 and a liquid absorbent core 4 interposed between both sheets 3, 4. A rectangular pad 1 is formed with upper and lower edges 5, 6, right and left edges 7, 8 and oblique outer edges 9, 10. The pad 1 is vertically divided into an absorbent area 13 in which the core 4 exists and a non-absorbent area 14 in which no core exists, and a perforated intermittent notch guide line 15 is formed in the vertical direction in nearly the central area (first virtual folding line 31) of a suction body 13. Therefore, the guide line 15 is located at a part closer to the upper edge 5 side than the lower edge 6. The guide line 15 forms the penis insertion hole by treating the guide line 15 meeting the penis when the urine absorbent pad 1 is put. |
