PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of noises when pressing a pedal and returning it and to improve workability in mounting energizing means. SOLUTION: A torsion spring 48 has an arc-shaped gripping part 58 formed in a position independently separated from a part engaging with a brake pedal 10 (or at the other end). Therefore, when the torsion spring 48 is mounted, it is mounted by gripping the gripping part 58 and opening it; there is no need to directly grip the part engaging with brake pedal 10 of the torsion spring 48 to mount it, thereby improving workability in mounting the torsion spring 48. |
