<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfect and reasonable treating method of aluminum powder. SOLUTION: A seed material obtained by allowing aluminum powder or a sludge containing a large quantity of aluminum powder to react with sodium hydroxide, aluminum powder to be treated equivalent to the seed material and water half of the aluminum powder to be treated are mixed and stirred, sodium hydroxide is added in the mixture and stirred to be allowed to react while controlling the reaction by stirring and water addition and, after the reaction is completed, the product is disposed and a part of the product is reutilized as the seed material in the successive treating process. Since the aluminum powder is treated for a short time, the cost necessary for treating is reduced by reasonable treatment and time shortening.</p> |
