PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of foamable urethane to the exterior by press bonding the one side surface of a skin standing piece to the inner surface of a core material sidewall by the foaming pressure of a foamed resin layer foam molded between the core material and the skin, and self-sealing them. SOLUTION: A core material 11 formed with a recess 12 is first set to a core mold 17, and a previously formed skin material 14 is set to a cavity mold 18 while shape retaining a standing piece 15. Then, the molds 17, 18 are closed, foamable urethane resin 19 is cast between the material 11 and the skin 18 in the mold, and a foamed resin layer 16 is formed. Thereafter, after it is cured for one minute, the mold is opened, and then a molding 20 can be removed. The core receiver of an acute angle shape corresponding to the acute angle formed at the material 11 is so set in the mold closing and opening directions as to operate substantially in parallel direction as the axis of the receiver, and hence even if the part of the molding 29 has the acute angle molded part, the mold closing and opening can be conducted without fail. |
