PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a panel with a wire harness improving the assembling property of the wire harness at a low cost. SOLUTION: The manufacture of a panel 22 with a wire harness 30 is provided with the first process in which the panel 22 is formed into a prescribed shape, the second process in which the wire harness 30 is arranged on the panel 22 manufactured in the first process, and the third process in which the panel 22 is vacuum-molded after the second process, a cover film 33 is covered on it, the cover film 33 is vacuum-sucked from the evacuating holes 29 formed on the panel 22, and the cover film 33 is stuck and connected to the upper face of the panel 22 while the wire harness 30 is pinched between the panel 22 and the cover film 33. |
