FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: conjunctiva and tenonal surface are cut in lower external quadrant 10 mm from a limb, a pocket is formed at projection area of macular and paramacular regions at one sixth of eyeball circle length. Then biologically compatible transplant is implanted into the pocket developed and suture is made on conjunctiva. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
