PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the changeover with the temp. of a mold within a short time by allowing a heat transfer medium to flow in and flow out of a porous structure having a metal film formed on the surface thereof. SOLUTION: The interior of a mold 23 is composed of a porous material 6 and a skin layer (surface metal film) 5 is formed on the surface of the porous material 6 so as to close the surface pores thereof. An outflow port 6a and an inflow port 6b are formed to the mold 23 so that a heat transfer medium flows in and flows out of the porous material 6. In this cavity mold 23, the heat transfer medium can be directly allowed to flow in the porous material 6 from the inflow port 6b and can be allowed to flow out of the outflow port 6a and the temp. of the molding surface 21 of the cavity mold 23 can be changed corresponding to the temp. of the heat transfer medium. By this constitution, the temp. of the molding surface 21 is set to temp. near to that of a molding material at a time of the injection of the molding material and the temp. distribution generated in the molding material is suppressed and the generation of the internal stress of a molded product can be suppressed and temp. is rapidly lowered to accelerate the solidification of the molding material. |
