FIELD: gas, oil and power engineering industries; devices to control parameters of working media. SUBSTANCE: throttle valve unit has housing with through holes, inlet and outlet connections fitted perpendicular to each other, fixed diaphragm and movable needle with taper tip. Cylindrical portion of needle is made of steel. Diaphragm and taper tip of needle are made of aluminium oxide-based ceramic material, and tip and central part of needle are assembled with taper braking fit. Rectangular section ring grooves are made on taper surface of needle. Ratio of area S of cross section of each needle groove to its width b is SSS and pitch is not less than doubled width of groove. EFFECT: improved reliability of throttle valve unit by reducing abrasive wear and corrosion of needle and diaphragm, no use of expensive materials. |
