PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen food or chilled food product in a container wherein the container may not be broken even if frozen food or chilled food being put in the plastic sealing container, that is, the food together with the container, can be heated in a microwave oven. SOLUTION: Release agent is applied on a sealed face of a container so that fine through holes for venting vapor or the like are not generated until a product is heated in a microwave oven and internal pressure is applied with a temperature raised.
