PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration method for a cylinder part for an electronic photograph process to reutilize a cylindrical base material of the cylinder part for the electronic photograph process in an original size shape and surface shape and at a low cost. SOLUTION: Ashing removal of an electrification resilient layer, a photo-sensitive substance layer, or a conductive coat layer (a film) formed on the outer peripheries of an electrification roller, a photo-sensitive drum, and a development sleeve (a cylinder part for an electronic photograph process) 4 is effected by means of oxygen plasma and thereafter, a film is formed again on the outer periphery of a cylindrical base material from which a film is removed. This method easily and reliably peels a film, formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical base material of a cylinder part for a used electronic photograph process, from a cylindrical base material for removal, and reutilizes the cylindrical base material of the cylinder part for an electronic photograph process in an original size shape and a surface shape and at a low cost. |
