FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: tooth implant consists of intraosseous element, temporal protective element and constant head. Intraosseous element for correspondence to the shape of mandibular molar hole is made as a flat trident with cylindrical central tooth and flat lateral teeth, moreover cylindrical tooth has threaded hole for temporal protective element as a bolt serving at dysfunctional adaptation period followed by its substitution to a constant head at functional period. Lateral trident teeth may be asymmetrical. EFFECT: improved technique for early delayed two-stage implantation, higher accuracy of implant fixation. |
