FIELD: medicine; manufacture of medical plaster bandages. SUBSTANCE: bandages are manufactured by application to textile material of gypsum mixture which consists of gypsum and adhesive solution with gypsum-solution ratio of (1-4):1 with subsequent heating up to complete removal of solution. Bandages are made on plant including gauze-pulling mechanism, gypsum mixture applying mechanism kinematically connected with the latter, unit for fastening gypsum mixture to gauze, and device for cutting blanks into articles. In this case, the plant is additionally provided with devices for preparation of adhesive solution and gypsum suspension which are installed in front of unit for gypsum mixture application made in the form of vessel without bottom and supporting base installed under vessel for regulation of the gap between them. Unit for securing gypsum mixture is made in the form of drier with mechanism of transverse extension of gauze. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
