FIELD: medicine, surgical tools. SUBSTANCE: surgical tools of the type of scissors, forceps or clamps have body, working movable parts, actuating members and handles for holding the tool and controlling the actuating members, and have additionally sliders 17 and 19 engageable through toothed quadrants with toothed bushings of body 6 with pressed-out spring and pusher 7, which ensure changing the position of control handles 8 and 9 which are interconnected with each other by rack-and-pinion 11 through cock 14, spring 15 which provides for moving and locking of handle 8. The latter controls actuating members 2 of the tool in which internal surface of loop of handle 9 is cock 14 taking up the force exerted by the surgeon finger rear part. In this case, cock through axle 13 is interconnected with rack-and-pinion 11 of handle 8 and internal surface of rack-and-pinion is toothed with radius ensuring motion over tangent relative to loop hook of fixed control handle 9.
