<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the stirring effect and dissolving efficiency of a dissolving soln. and a foamed resin. SOLUTION: The rear end opening 16 of the pot-shaped dissolving tank 14 mounted on a chassis 12 is inclined upwardly and the axial line thereof is inclined. Two spiral stirring blades 36, 38 are axially provided to the inner surface of the dissolving tank 14. The resin charging machine 46 charging the foamed styrene charged in a receiving port 48 in the dissolving tank 14 by a bucket conveyor 44 is provided on the rear side of the dissolving tank 14. The dissolving tank 14 can be reversibly rotated by the driving force transmitted through a drive chain 32. The stirring blades 36, 38 are integrally rotated along with the dissolving tank 14 and, when they are revolved forwardly, the dissolving soln. 34 and foamed styrene are stirred and, when rotated reversely, the dissolving soln. 34 in the dissolving tank 14 is discharged to a liquid receiver 56 from the opening 16.</p> |
