PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a simply and readily treatable analysis high in accuracy in analyzing an ester of pyrethrin acid and a phenoxyphenyl group-containing pyrethrin alcohol, for example, in a food, in an environment such as soil, etc., or in an organism. SOLUTION: A mammal is immunized against a composite material obtained by directly bonding a 3-(3-phenylbenzyloxycarbonyl)propionyl group to a high- molecular weight carrier molecule, an immunological qualified B cell capable of forming an antibody against the composite material is developed from the mammal. The immunological qualified B cell is fused with a tumor cell capable of continuously subjecting the immunological qualified B cell to cell division to form a hybrid cell. The objective monoclonal antibody to be specifically reacted with an ester of a pyrethrin acid and a phenoxyphenyl group-containing pyrethrin alcohol is liberated from the hybrid cell and collected. |
