PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid agent for dialysis having a two-layer structure of a specific nucleus layer and a double salt layer, dissolving from the surface layer of a granule in a serial order, having a high bulk specific gravity, excellent in an angle of repose and in the workability of dialysate preparation, and capable of reducing a packaging volume and lowering a transportation cost, etc. SOLUTION: This solid agent for dialysis has a two-layer structure consisting of (A) a nucleus layer mainly containing sodium chloride and potassium chloride and having e.g. an average particle diameter of 150-2,000μm, especially 250-1000μm and (B) a double salt layer containing a double salt (B1 ) obtained by the reaction of sodium acetate with calcium chloride (e.g. having a specific peak at 6.8-7.0 degree in 2θof X-ray refraction with CuKα1 -ray of 1.5404Åin wave length), another dialysis composition (B2 ), a pH adjusting agent (e.g. acetic acid) (B3 ) and further optionally glucose (B4 ). |
