FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with formation of conjunctival and surface scleral fragments, removal of corneoscleral strip that contains external wall of schlemm's canal and peripheral layers of corneal stroma, exposure of limbus edge of descemet's membrane not opening anterior chamber. P-shaped fragment is cut by exposure of equator-oriented ciliar body at 1.5 x 2.5 mm size, through trephination hole of 2.0 x 1.0 mm size is made at equatorial edge of scleral bed parallel to limbus, then peripheral corneal layers are removed up to descemet's membrane not opening anterior chamber followed by cyclodialysis and cut P-shaped fragment is finally implanted into suprachorioidal space towards equator. EFFECT: higher hypotensive impact of operation by additional outflow route of intraocular liquid, decreased number of postoperative complications. |
