SUBSTANCE: device has auxiliary plate 1, mandibular plate 2, maxillary plate 4, adapter 5, fixing clamp 16 with changeable pins 26 and spherical supporting pins 9 and finder 7 of gothic angle. EFFECT: provided normalization of topographic interrelation of temporomandibular articulation in determination of central ratio of jaws, especially in cases of prolonged use of unsatisfactory removable prosthesis. |
