FIELD: oil-and-fat industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to removing solid admixtures from vegetable oil using centrifugal forces. Apparatus has a frame receiving a rotor with drive washer, which is expanded in upward direction, is cone-like and perforated. Rotor has a flexible filtering surface; receivers for cleaned oil and separated particles; feeding pipe with its conical body expanding in its lower part. Rotor is linked with drive washer through fast-dismountable sealed unit to form a hollow. Upper part of frame is provided with channels to withdraw cleaned oil. Lower part of frame, at the surface of contact with drive washer, has a cut to collect small heavy fraction. In the hollow of middle part of frame, perforated rotor rigidly fastened to drive washer is mounted, whose outer surface is protected with a cone-like wall expanding downward. Upper part of wall is tightly and rigidly bound to upper part of the end perforated rotor, whereas lower wall pare, near drive washer, has channels communicating with rotor hollow.
