PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select the wavelength of a laser beam, to attain the miniaturization and lightweight of a device and to improve reliability for the device by radiating the light of plural oscillation wires from a laser oscillator, taking out by designating a treatment wave of specific wavelength from them and converting it to a high-frequency. SOLUTION: The laser oscallator 10 compirses an Hd:YAG rod 11 being the laser medium of a solid-state laser, an exciting light source 12, a grating 13 being a wavelength selector, a mirror 14, nonlinear crystal 15, a convergence lens 16, a collimator lens 17 and an output mirror 18. The light of initial wavelength is selected by changing the inclination of the grating 13 of the laser oscillator 10 by a driving device 34. The wavelength to be selected is inputted by a controller 32. In such a way, the wavelength is selected from the plural kinds of wavelength outputted from the laser oscillator by the grating 13, and it is converted to a second high-frequency by the nonlinear crystal 15, and outputted as the laser beam. |
