PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dimensional accuracy by loading a mold with a hard substrate having one or more notch or hole bored therein and subjecting a thermoplastic resin to hollow injection molding to integrate the thermoplastic resin having a hollow part formed thereto and the hard substrate at the notch or hole part. SOLUTION: A mold is preliminarily loaded with a hard substrate 1 having a notch or hole part 6 bored therein and a thermoplastic resin is subjected to hollow injection molding to integrate the thermoplastic resin having a hollow part 5 formed thereto and the hard substrate 1 at the part of the notch or hole part 6. The function part formed from this thermoplastic resin is set, for example, to a bearing 4 or a shaft 2. The thermoplastic resin is desirable polyacetal with an m.p. of 150-161 deg.C. In the hollow molded object, inert gas such as nitrogen, helium, neon or argon is pref. and the material quality of the hard substrate is composed of a metal or a thermosetting resin. |
