PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mutually strongly bond a laminating surfaces without using an adhesive by superposing the thermal resin layer of a multilayered sheet on a substrate to bond them under heating and pressure to strongly bond a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin stampable sheet and the thermoplastic resin layer by the crosslinking of reinforcing fibers. SOLUTION: When a skin B composed of a thermoplastic resin is formed on the surface of a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin stampable sheet A, a layer composed of a thermoplastic resin (b1) 22 of which the hot-melt temp. with a thermoplastic resin (a) 11 by the peel test prescribed in JIS K6744(1977) is 300gf/cm or less is provided to at least one surface and a layer composed of a thermoplastic resin (b2) 22 bonded or thermally fused composed of a thermoplastic resin (b1) 21 is provided to other layer to form a specific multilayered sheet (b). The layer composed of the thermoplastic resin (b1) 22 is bonded to the surface of the sheet A in a molten state under pressure to receive a part of the reinforcing fibers 12 in the sheet A melted at the same time to generate the crosslinking 12' of reinforcing fibers.
