PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce a fiber composite sheet having high bending strength and high quality by stably and certainly allowing a powder thermoplastic resin to penetrate into a continuous reinforcing fiber bundle. SOLUTION: Reinforcing fiber bundles 11 consisting of a large number of continuous monofilaments are passed through the gap between press members 2, 3 wherein vibrated protruding curved surfaces and a non-vibrated protruding surfaces B are alternately arranged under tension so as to come into contact with the protruding curved surfaces A, B. During this period, a powdery thermoplastic resin 21 is continuously and quantitatively supplied to the vibrated reinforcing fiber bundles 11 to be bonded to the respective monofilaments to be collected between the respective filaments and the thermoplastic resin of the opened resin bonded reinforcing fiber bundles 12 is heated, melted and cooled to stably obtain a fiber composite sheet of high strength having reinforcing fiber are uniformly dispersed therein. |
