FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with corneal cut, introduction of visityl viscopreparation into anterior chamber, opening of anterior capsule followed by evacuation of nucleus and crystalline mass with subsequent lens implantation. One should open anterior chamber by horizontal linear cut at upper equatorial area, viscopreparation is necessary to evacuate nucleus and crystalline mass. Moreover, lens should be used with diametrical supporting elements to be introduced into capsule sac at lower equatorial arc. EFFECT: decreased traumaticity level during operation procedure. |
